ATLANTA LESBIAN COUPLES RETREAT

Once you register, the exact location of the AirBnB will be provided to you. We will be in the Grant Park area of Atlanta, GA. For those who opt to participate but not lodge with us, you are invited to participate in all of the scheduled workshop activities (meals, sessions, etc.) but you will need to arrange for your own sleeping accommodations.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration deposit fee is 100% refundable and transferable (minus a $250 reservation fee) if you cancel more than 45 days prior to the retreat start.  If you cancel less than 45 days prior to the retreat, your deposit is not refundable. If, after this date, you experience an unavoidable crisis, such as illness or death of a loved one, you will receive a partial credit toward the next available retreat (the amount of your credit depends on whether or not we find a replacement for your room). If we do not find a replacement couple, the lodging expense will be yours. 

A breakup does not qualify as a crisis or unavoidable event. Couples who break up prior to the workshop are encouraged to attend anyway and do not qualify for a refund if you are outside of the refund window.  If in the very unlikely event a workshop is canceled by Michele O’Mara, a full refund for the workshop, or credit for a future workshop, will be issued. There will be no reimbursement for the travel expense you incur. 

In the unlikely event there are not enough couples registered, the retreat will be canceled. This will be decided at least three weeks prior to the retreat start date. You will receive a 100% refund on your registration fee if we are responsible for the cancellation. No reimbursement will be provided for transportation expenses you incur in the event the retreat is cancelled for any reason.
